Scope

Stop Private Jet Expansion at Hanscom or Anywhere (“SPJE”) is a coalition of state and local organizations, the full list of which is available at stopprivatejetexpansion.org. All collected data is managed by SPJE (“we, us, our”). This Privacy Policy explains who we are, how we collect, share and use Personal Information about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we collect through Action Network forms or Action Network embedded functionality via https://actionnetwork.org/groups/spjema/. Action Network is our selected processor of all data that SPJE collects from you. Any personal information collected by a separate partner of Action Network is not covered in our policy. We will never sell or share your Personal Information outside of what you allow. Stop Private Jet Expansion at Hanscom or Anywhere (SPJE) Email Contact Policy

1. SPJE collects emails to send out action alerts, updates, and fundraising requests to support our volunteer, organizing, and related efforts pursuant to our campaign to stop the expansion of private jet infrastructure at Hanscom or anywhere.

2. You can cancel your email subscription at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails you receive from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending emails to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the email program you can get help directly at info@stopprivatejetexpansion.org.

4. As always, message and data rates may apply for any email messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive no more than four email messages per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Stop Private Jet Expansion at Hanscom or Anywhere (SPJE) Mobile Contact Policy

1. SPJE collects phone numbers to send out action alerts, updates, and fundraising requests to support our volunteer, organizing, and related efforts pursuant to our campaign to stop the expansion of private jet infrastructure at Hanscom or anywhere.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@stopprivatejetexpansion.org.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Children Under Age 13

We encourage parents to monitor their children’s Internet usage and caution them about the dangers of personal information on the Internet. Children under age 13 should not visit the Sites on their own and should not submit any Personal Information to the Sites. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under age 13. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as soon as possible.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update the Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices. If we modify the Privacy Policy, we will place a prominent notice on stopprivatejetexpansion.org or take other appropriate measures to inform you, consistent with the significance of the changes we make as we determine in our sole discretion. As part of any modification of the Privacy Policy, we will update the “Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
