1/17/23: ENF (Environmental Notification Form) - Development Proposal, submitted to MEPA.
1/25/23: The first time the public was made aware of the details and magnitude of the North Airfield plans.
1/25/23 - 2/14/23: Public Comment Period on the ENF.
Note: Over 350 comments from legislators, agencies, boards, organizations and the public were submitted in opposition and with concerns about the proposed North Airfield development

2) evening remote meeting, 3 hours long (c. 145 attendees)
